Invoice Owed processes the work email used to sign in, business/contact and payment details you save, and the latest invoice/customer data you upload. It uses that data only to authenticate the workspace, calculate a late-payment schedule, and generate requested letters.
The latest invoice import is automatically removed after 30 days. Historical import copies are not retained. Business-profile details remain until you delete the workspace.
The workspace includes a Delete my data control that removes the stored workspace. For privacy questions or other data-rights requests, contact hello@invoiceowed.com.
The hosting provider processes data as infrastructure. If email sign-in is enabled, the configured email-delivery provider receives the address and one-time-code message needed to deliver sign-in email. The operator is responsible for appropriate processor terms and deployment configuration.
Access to the workspace requires a signed session after email-code verification, authenticated responses are not cacheable, and imports are not retained as historical copies. Only upload information you are entitled to process. Generated calculations and correspondence are tools, not legal advice.
